Your donation provides scholarship opportunities for the Little Buddies to attend Big Buddy's academic and enrichment programs as well as the youth workforce development program, Level-UP!

The Terry Serio Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship has been named after an influential woman who made a direct impact on Big Buddy through her motivation, dedication and service to the organization for many years before her passing in 2017. Terry Serio was the mastermind behind Dancing for Big Buddy, our signature fundraising event. Her legacy will live on through the Terry Serio Memorial Scholarship, which provides funding for books to a college freshman who has successfully completed the Level-UP! youth workforce development program.
