Big Buddy's Workforce Development programs empower high school students through meaningful connections and experiences that shape their journey towards becoming contributing members of their community. Our programs focus on enhancing workforce skills, offering valuable on-the-job training, and connecting students with dedicated mentors in their chosen career fields.
CAREER CONNECTIONS
A continuation of the summer internship experience with a one-on-one mentoring relationship and career exploration activities throughout the school year. The focus is on Career Exploration, Personal and Professional Development and Career Mentors.
SAFE HOPEFUL HEALTHY CLASSROOM
During the school day, facilitators lead social emotional learning activities and introduce youth to Career Mentors who provide insightful information on becoming a professional in various career fields of interest.
