How it Works
We know every company has different goals and capacity, so we offer activities across four levels of engagement:​​

Step In Big Buddy plans it, you bring volunteers.

Lean In You help shape the activity content, we manage logistics.

​​Partner Up We collaborate on activity plans and logistics, and your company may contribute supplies or sponsorship.

Lead the Way Your team leads planning and execution, Big Buddy brings the Little Buddies.

Host one of our staff at your workplace (or virtually) for a short session where your employees can learn about what Big Buddy does, our impact, and how to get involved.

Read with Little Buddies, lead activities, and help foster a love of books. Start simple with a lesson plan we provide or co-design the activity with us.

Contribute to these 3-day fun-filled holiday-break camps for our Little Buddies. You choose your level of engagement such as volunteering for a craft activity or sponsoring a field trip.

A signature event full of outdoor activities, games, and fun. Partners can sponsor, design, or lead.

Sponsor or join youth on educational or cultural outings that expand their horizons.

Host a 10/31 Consortium Cauldron | Step In |
Host a Cauldron from 10/31 Consortium at one or more of your worksites to collect candy, costumes, and non-sweet "treats" to support Trunk or Treat events with our Little Buddies.

Trunk or Treat | Step In |
Decorate car trunks, hand out goodies, and create a safe, fun Halloween experience for youth. You bring the decorated trunks, we provide the goodies.
