Progress Elementary Summer Application

Hello Progress Parents/Guardians,

This application is designed for youth that were in 2nd & 3rd grade this past school year. Please do not share this application. If your 2nd or 3rd grade student has siblings they will be accepted into the program. Please fill out a separate application for the sibling and enter their name & grade in notes section for your 2nd/3rd grader.
